Hi! Recently, one of four legacy lampUX BR30 bulbs I am using on a track lighting system began to not work consistently. After conducting some troubleshooting, I attempted to purchase a replacement lampUX BR30 bulb, but I found that it appears to be unavailable now, as you have your new AI BR1 bulbs. I removed the legacy bulb from the lamp, installed a new A1 BR1 bulb in its socket, and then installed the new Lepro app on my iPhone. The app successfully identified the new BR1 bulb. However, there appears to be some confusion when I try to use Alexa to control the four bulbs; it thinks one of the legacy bulbs I didn’t replace has two different names. It seems like my two app installs overlap somehow. I would prefer not to replace the working legacy BR30 bulbs. How can I get this all rectified? Any help is greatly appreciated. :-)
Dear user,
Thank you for your message.
Please try the following steps:
1. Remove the old bulb from Alexa.
2. After paired the new BR1 bulb to the Lepro app, link your Alexa account within the Lepro app. Then add the new bulb to Alexa.
