Smart bulbs BC1: Router connection failed

I have a group of 3 smart bulbs which were connected to WiFi and Alexa. Everything was working fine until today when the WiFi connection has gone without reason. The error says “Router connection failed. Please check if your WiFi name and password are correct”. They are correct and I am able to use the app with the same WiFi connection. I’m not sure what GHz I’m on. How to fix this?

It seems that this issue may be caused by changes in your Wi-Fi settings. Could you please check if any settings have been altered and try resetting and reconnecting?

Additionally, you can test using a hotspot by following these steps:
1. Open a hotspot using another cellphone and connect your cellphone to this hotspot.
2. Switch the bulbs on and off four times to reset them until they start flashing blue slowly.
3. Re-add the bulbs to the Lepro app and check if the issue persists.
