I was researching why I can’t use a favorite in setting a schedule and saw a response from customer service to another post that there is an update coming that will enable this. Are there regular announcements or notifications for these types of updates? It is very important to me to know when that feature gets pushed in an update. Thanks!

We are actively working on improvements to the Rules and Schedule function and this process may take some time. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we enhance the feature.
For now, to schedule the lights to turn on with a specific light pattern, please follow these steps:
1. Select and apply the light pattern you want.
2. On the Home interface, click on "Rules", then tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.
3. Click "Schedule".
4. Enter a name for the schedule.
5. Choose the start time.
6. Set the desired repeat options.
7. Click "+" to select the light.
8. Select "turn on". This means the device will turn on with the last used pattern (which is the light pattern you selected in step 1).
9. Click "Save", the schedule is saved now.
10. Please do not change to other colors or patterns before the scheduled time, otherwise it will turn on with the last used pattern.
