I bought a pack of three, two in the bedroom and one for the lounge. One of the strips in the bedroom cannot connect to the app or turn on whilst the other two work perfectly fine. I am on 2.5ghz WiFi, and have tried resetting by long pressing the button but the lights will not change from a blank white.
