Suddenly stopped working?

My S1 strip lights have been installed for nearly 2 weeks and they’ve been great. Working fine this morning and this afternoon.

Went to turn them back on this evening and not working at all. Can’t get them on via the app, via the switch in the wall, nothing. I don’t understand? Please help.

Please ensure that the connection between the strip light and the power adapter is secure. Long press the button on the white controller for over 5 seconds and check if the strip light starts flashing blue slowly. If it does, please re-add it to the Lepro app.
If it does not flash blue after long pressing the button, please check the direct message we just sent for further assistance.
