I can’t connect my lights or reset. I bought 4 GU10 and they won’t reset. They are not flashing blue. I have a previous light with Lepro and reset that fine.

For the GU10 bulbs that do not flash blue, please try switching them off and on four times.
Here are steps to connect your GU10 bulbs to Lepro app:
1. Turn on "Bluetooth", connect your phone to 2.4G WiFi.
2. Turn on the light; it will start flashing a slow blue light, indicating that it's in pairing mode. If the light does not flash blue, switch it off and on four times.
3. Open Lepro App, click "Add device".
4. If it shows "1 Device Detected" at the top, click "Check".
5. Enter the name and password of your WiFi network.
6. Click "Next." The light will pair successfully within seconds and turn to solid white.
7. Rename it and click "Done".

I’ve tried to reset GU10 several times. The light starts flashing fast not blue and remains undetectable. Please advise.

We recommend using the Smart Life app and try the following steps:
1. Turn on the light.
2. Wait for 10 seconds.
3. Turn the light off and on three times, (off, on, off, on, off, on) until the light blinks rapidly.
4. Open the Smart Life app.
5. Click "Add Device."
6. Select the light bulb icon.
7. Confirm that the light bulb is blinking rapidly.
8. Enter your 2.4G WiFi password.
9. Wait for the device to be added successfully, then rename the device.
If it fails to pair, please provide the following information so we can assist you further:
- Which step failed?
- The model number of the GU10 bulb

Thank you. I’ve managed to do this. However, I am now stuck trying to connect it to my Alex - the whole point of getting it. Is this not possible?

1. After the bulb is connected to the Smart Life app, open the Smart Life app and click "Me".
2. Select "More Devices".
3. Tap on the Alexa icon.
4. Click "Link."
5. Open the Alexa app and choose your device from the list.

Hello, I have the old gu10 that only flash but not blue and I was wondering if I can connect the light bulbs with the Apple Smart Home App because I can’t find the Lepro LampUX app anywhere and it won’t work with this app
