White light not working only rgb

Hello, I recently tried setting up B1 lights in a new house. The RGB functions work as expected, but when I try to use “White” functions the light immediately turns off. It will only go back on if I use an RGB color. I’ve tried resetting them and confirmed I’m using 2.4 GHz network instead of 5 GHz.
