Zb1 replacement power supply

Hi there, i have the ZB1 30m outdoor string lights and qondered if there was anywhere that i can purchase a replacement power supply as i belive it is only this that has failed, or if not a direct replacement maybe an alternate power supply suitable. Thanks in advance

Please try the following steps to determine whether the issue is related to the power adapter:
1. Verify the power source: confirm the outlet or power strip is working by testing it with another device.
2. Check all connections: ensure the power plug is fully inserted and all connectors are tightly secured.
3. Reset the controller: press and hold the button on the white controller for at least 5 seconds and check whether the ZB1 light flashes blue.
 
Next steps based on the result:
- If the ZB1 light flashes blue: the power adapter is likely fine. Open the Lepro app, tap "+" or "Add Device" to re-add the ZB1 and try again.
- If the ZB1 light does not flash blue: a component may be defective. Please email us at cs@lepro.com for after-sales service and include your order number.

Thanks for this im certain it is the power supply that is faulty but unable to find a replacement that i can purchase

If your order is still within the warranty period, please email our after-sales team at cs@lepro.com for assistance.
If the warranty has expired, you can replace the power adapter yourself. The required specification is 12V, 1.25A — you can also search online for "12V 1.25A power supply" to find compatible options.

Hi yes i would like to purchase a supply but wondered if Lepro sold the model specific power supply

Also what is the size of the connector required to connect to the zb1 lights

Unfortunately, we do not sell this specific power adapter individually. 
The connector size is 5.5 mm × 2.1 mm. You may search online for a compatible 12V 1.25A power supply with that connector size.
