I buy this led strip and cant connect it to the app how ever i try, when i hold for it to flash blue it only flashes red, what do i do? I dont even what kind of led it is. Please help

Thanks for reaching out.
After checking the picture you provided, this product is not compatible with Lepro app but Smart Life app.
Please kindly follow the steps below to set it up.
1. Download Smart Life app.
2. Turn on the phone’s bluetooth and connect to 2.4Ghz WIFI network.
3. Long press the controller button till the light flash red rapidly.
4. Follow the guidance in the app and add the device to Smat Life app.

Hey! I also had that problem when i installed my lights! Really annoying. It had to think about connecting them for literally 2 hours before it did. So your not the only one aith that problem. It will flash red for a while… just let it be.
