Saved effect is now shown in my favorite

I applied effects from community and saved it. But I cannot find it in my favorite or other places

I followed the instruction but it’s still not shown.

This is how I did. I found a “TB1” eid from community . I apply it to my “ZB1” and save it. the color shows on my device successfully. However it does not save to my favorite list in ZB1. But it saves to my favorite list in SE1. (I have two devices) I am not sure if the root cause is I cannot save the eid from TB1 to ZB1?
